Warner Bros. has recently announced that the release date for Wonder Woman 1984 has been pushed back to July 5, 2020, from its original date of November 1, 2019. The first Wonder Woman movie was a huge success for Warner Bros.’ DC Extended Universe (DCEU), grossing $103.2 million on its opening weekend. It went on to make $412.5 million domestically and $821.8 million worldwide, all while having a budget of $149 million. Following this success, Gadot also starred in 2017’s Justice League just a few months later.
